Returns Policy 

The consumer has the right to a full refund within 14 days of receiving the item.

The consumer has right to cancel order with full refund within 14 days as long as the item is returned withing 30 days, then a full refund will be granted. If item has not yet been posted to  the consumer a refund will be given within 7 days.

Any complaints will be answered within 5 working days, however we aim to get back within one working day.
